While we provide a variety of apparel production services, cutting remains the foundation of our business. Todd Rutkin, Inc. pioneered the use of computer-driven machinery in the apparel industry in the 1980's in order to provide our customers with the highest quality cutting services available.
We utilize six Gerber automated cutting machines, allowing us to perform precise and accurate cutting with strong attention to detail and timely turnaround. We are fully experienced in working with matching stripes, engineered plaids and prints, and consider ourselves the best in the industry when it comes to cutting fabrics with complex patterns. Additionally, we are experts in cutting premium stretch denim as well as swimwear and other apparel utilizing stretch fabrics.
Our staff provides expert supervision and internal quality control as well as inventory organization and management, while our account representatives assure personal communication and high quality customer service. We utilize a custom computerized spreadsheet and database which provide customers with fabric usage information and also serve as bundling tools for sewing contractors.
