grading Technology:
With great cutting hardware comes the need for great software. We continue to operate with Gerber/Lectra to ensure the data created from rough draft patterns, be seamlessly integrated to the physical product. Our graders have extensive knowledge in garment assembly which helps in the proper measurement application.
Updated Software:
We use Gerber software, currently at version 15, to ensure efficient and quality processes.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
We do our best to upgrade our grading software as soon as it becomes available, but like all software updates, we make sure to run tests with the developers before implementing them into our production.

About the service
In the fashion world, every creation starts with a vision. Our garment grading process takes a customer’s base size and meticulously scales the pattern up or down to the desired size range. After grading, we recommend sample cutting, allowing customers to verify the fit and measurements before production begins. This ensures that every garment not only embodies creativity but also fits perfectly.
